Your wedding dress is one of the most important things on your wedding day, at least for the bride and female guests. Imagine if something happened to it that either before or on the wedding day and you did not have wedding insurance.

The typical wedding dress costs many thousands of pounds and you could have spent many hours looking for the perfect dress and accessories such as veil to go with it. If this is the case imagine how you would feel if the shop went out of business and left with your very large deposit and the dress. Not only would you be back to square one but you would also have to look around for another wedding dress and perhaps not have the money left to purchase what you want.

You might buy your wedding dress and have it hung up at home and be tempted to try it on and something on the dress and ruin it. This might cost a great deal of money to remedy before the big day and if you have wedding insurance to fall back onto you may be able to claim on the insurance and at least not lose out financially.
