I have just bought my wedding insurance policy online for £34.99 with a company called Wedding Plan Insurance. This is the Gold policy which covers you for up to £10,000 for cancellations, but obviously there are other options...I have been really impressed so far.

I got ours from weddingplan, were having a smallish wedding so they seemed a better option as there are different levels of cover.

I used wedding plan insurance for our wedding abroad and found them really reasonable, about £30.

We went with a company called weddingplan - found them on internet. I thought they were really reasonable, they have different price catergories depending on the overall value of the wedding. We didn't have many options as we live overseas but want a UK company as we get married in the UK, many companies wouldn't insure us. This company also said my dress would be covered as long as I take it on as hand luggage.

We've used wedding plan, they were very good when we took out the policy, all came through quickly. Haven't made a claim so don't know how they'd be if we had to but for what we needed theirs was definitely the best and the cheapest policy, I compared them all.

We've used Wedding Plan for our insurance, had some really good recommendations on them and they're cheaper than the rest too.
